Welcome to the Rotary Club of New Brunswick.
I am very proud and honored to have been a member of the New Brunswick Rotary Club since 1999. I am even more excited to have the opportunity to serve as the President of our club as we celebrate our Centennial year. The club will celebrate our 100th Anniversary throughout 2020-2021 with many incredible special events.
Our club is growing and has already added five new members thru the first couple of months in 2021. Our club is also striving to increase diversity in our new members to better represent and impact our community.
We have several goals to achieve this year:
  • We plan to recruit and attract a minimum of twelve new members.
  • We also plan to increase our club's diversity (age, gender, ethnicity & geographic).
  • Provide multiple new exciting club service projects that engage all members and provide a positive impact.
  • Plan a major event that supports and raises valuable dollars for more than a dozen local charities.
  • Encourage members and friends to support our foundation through annual giving.
  • Plan and create four seasonal fun friend-raising seasonal events that help market our club and recruit new members.
  • Work with the faculty and staff at both Rutgers University and Middlesex College to continue the development of both Rotaract Clubs.
Rotary President Mark Daniel Maloney's theme this year is "Rotary Connects the World". He explains to grow Rotary, we need to grow our service, grow the impact of our projects, but most importantly, we need to grow our membership, so that we can achieve more. As we enter our 100th anniversary year, please help pledge your support and help grow Rotary in the Greater New Brunswick community. Together, we can make a difference. Thank you for contributing your Time, Talent & Treasure to our mission. I truly look forward to working together this year.
